We aim to dispatch all shop orders within 2 working days of receiving payment (apart from hutches and runs). We will email you to confirm your order and estimated delivery day, and email again to confirm it has been dispatched. Our usual postage method is via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcels – if you prefer another method, please contact us for alternatives and prices. If a parcel is very large we may use another courier service. Wherever possible we reuse packaging or use recycled packaging to help keep our carbon footprint down.
Our standard postage and packing charges for within the UK are:
- Orders up to £19.99 = £3.50 P&P
- Orders between £20 and £29.99 = £2.99 P&P
- Orders between £30.00 and £49.99 = £1.99 P&P
- Orders over £50.00 = FREE P&P

HUTCHES AND RUNS:
Our rabbit hutches and runs are built to order, so please allow up to 3 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery cost varies by location, so please contact us for a delivery quote before purchase.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY/COLLECTION:
We're pleased to be able to offer FREE delivery to our customers in Sheffield and Rotherham (minimum £20 spend per order applies), please contact us for further details. You can also collect any order free of charge, from Rotherham (at least 24hrs notice is required) contact us for further details.
*Free delivery/ collection to Sheffield or Rotherham is by refund - unfortunately, presently PayPal is unable to recognise addresses to automatically set postage as free, so for now, you will be charged for P&P, but we will refund you for it within 24 hours of your purchase - alternatively you can email us you order, and pay by PayPal invoice or cash on delivery/collection.*
