What are your opening hours?

Our small pet boarding service is open strictly by appointment only for viewing, drop off and collections between the following hours Mon-Sat: 9-11am and 4-6pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.

We structure our appointments so we can give individual attention to each client, and still carry out our daily tasks caring for our furry guests, and also nip out if we need to. We may also have a pet taxi run to carry out, so may have to leave at a set time. Please try to keep to your appointment time to avoid affecting another customer’s appointment. If you need to alter your appointment or if you are running early or late, please let us know straight away.

What animals do you look after?

We provide boarding for outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs only. We cannot accommodate cats, dogs, ferrets, birds or reptiles.

As well as outdoor rabbits year round, our accommodation is suitable for indoor rabbits and guinea pigs over the summer. We cannot take house rabbits or guinea pigs over winter. 

Can you administer medication?

This depends on the medication, and the reason for it. We cannot accommodate any animal who is infectious. There is an extra daily charge for administering medication, depending on the type and number of doses - so please contact us to discuss your animal's needs if they will need medication during their stay.

What is your vaccination policy?

All boarding rabbits must be vaccinated with the combination myxomatosis and RHD vaccine (Nobivac) and the RHD2 vaccine (Filavac or Eravac) at least 2 weeks before their stay, and no longer than 12 months ago (Eravac is 9 months). You will need to show proof of this on arrival or your rabbits will be refused, and the full amount still payable!

Because of the nature of the work we do we aren't always able to answer the phone or return calls straight away, but if you need to speak to us you can call or text 07791 745624.

What do we need to bring?

  • For rabbit boarding you need to bring: their up to date vaccination certificate and usual pellets 
  • For outdoor guinea pigs using our accommodation: usual pellets only 

In addition to the above, you are welcome to bring any favourite beds or toys that you would like them to have during their stay, or your own litter trays and bowl if you prefer.
